"I HIGHLY recommend Sarita Vasquez for any of your real estate needs. She is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business. Her patients with my crazy family and our unique foreclosure/probate issues were commendable. We were very firm on our price and left little negotiation left for her yet Sarita came in with an offer $25k over the offers I had received myself while listing privately. I was impressed with her tenacity, EXCELLENT communication and job over all. Lastly let me say we were bombarded with realtor offers they were all promising the moon and then dissapeared. Sarita managed to continue her tenacious Communication without being annoying which I found amazing. You're looking to buy yourself I would recommend giving Sarita a call it's rare that you see somebody take such pride in their work."

“Sarita, is a friend of my wife , so when it came time to sell our house and needed to pick a realtor, we had to choose from many friends that are doing this. She is a very calm person which made this very hard processes a lot more manageable. We sold our house so easily , but it was a crazy market to buy a house,. Sarita always stayed calm and reassured us we would eventually get one. She had to work very hard taking us to many of houses , and of course many of unaccepted offers. “If you are looking to sell or purchase, I highly recommend Sarita. This is my third time working with her. She has sold two of our homes and helped us purchase one. For this sale, I was out of town for much of it and she took the helm in getting the house cleaned and presentable before it went on the market. She communicated regularly and gave me updates as well as a timeline that was easy for me to follow. Everything was in order for the day it went on the market and there was a terrific turnout.
